This is my storyboard so far

This is the majority of the second minute of the song

This is from 2 minutes onwards. It is not yet finished and is currently just a few scenes put together. I don't currently think I have enough ideas to fill it and hope to as I start filming and thinking practically about the video.

Moodboard

This is our groups moodboard. We used images that reflect the artists that as a group we are interested in and take inspiration from in choosing our own song for our music video. It features artists such as: 50 Cent, Jay-Z, Kanye West, Drake, Eminem, Lil Wayne and T.I.

Prelim filming task

To practise drawing storyboards and using them to create a short film we were set a task to script and record a cut shot film of someone walking through a corridor and sitting down.

As you can probably see, the quality of my storyboards is very poor. Even though I am not a talented drawer, I could probably have produced better people then stick figures. Also, when drawing these storyboards I did not fully understand the purpose of them so on them instead of creating dialogue for the scenes I have literally just wrote 'dialogue'.



Despite the problems with my storyboards, I can see the faults with them and now have a better understanding of storyboarding.
